About Us

Born and raised in Cuernavaca, Mexico, I crave fresh tacos. To me, comfort food is almost anything wrapped in a soft corn tortilla and smothered in onions, cilantro, and perfectly ripe avocado. Frequent trips to local taquerias left me pondering the ultimate question…How could I build a tastier taco? In my ultimate taqueria, the pork would be all-natural, the duck from Maple Leaf Farms, and the guacamole made fresh…with real avocados.

All of the produce would be premium, and the presentation simple. The atmosphere relaxed, the music jamming. Haute Taco serves tasty tacos and creative cocktails.
