Born and raised in Cuernavaca, Mexico, I crave fresh tacos. To me, comfort food is almost anything wrapped in a soft corn tortilla and smothered in onions, cilantro, and perfectly ripe avocado. Frequent trips to local taquerias left me pondering the ultimate question…How could I build a tastier taco? In my ultimate taqueria, the pork would be all-natural, the duck from Maple Leaf Farms, and the guacamole made fresh…with real avocados.
